1. Order Cancellation Conditions
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. In this case, please contact our customer service directly to proceed with the cancellation. If the order has already been shipped or if more than 48 hours have passed since its confirmation, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Cancellation Procedure
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service by email or phone, providing your order number, proof of payment, and, if applicable, any other information allowing identification of the transaction.
Our team will process your request upon receipt. If the cancellation is accepted, we will inform you and proceed with the refund within the allotted time.
3. Refund Procedure
